Should I Stay or should I Go?

Decisions, decisions. As some of you may know, I've been having issues with my coworker. For those who don't know, long story short, I'm an assistant teacher in three-year-old room at a daycare. The lead teacher in the room needs to move to Australia and never come back. I just might blow my top if she doesn't. Soooo...there is an opening in the two-year-old room. Two of the teachers are awesome super duper sweet, I would love to work with them (one of them being Kayla L). I wouldn't be working with them so much as the third teacher in the room who (whom?) I don't particularly know. But she seems alright. Better than what I'm workin with right now. However, my problem is I've worked with three-year-olds for the last two years so this with be a big change. Plus also, then my ex-coworker (I'm liking the sound of that) would sound like this for the next month:
"Is it something I did?"
"Are you mad at me?"
"Did I do something wrong?"
"Did something happen?"
This is serious people!
So wadya think? Should I take it?

Just tell your lady what you want to do in her class, or else you will take the 2 year olds because you are looking for a change of pace.

this is a no brainer. the bottom line is that by moving to the two year old room, you will get these kids and mold their little brains before they get to the three year old room run by the lady who hasn't moved to australia.

I'm the quiet and subtle and sneaky type of attack person. Are you tracking me?

and how cool is this..my word verification ends in torm.

I agree, move on. It isn't worth it, if she's impossible to work with! Two year olds can be challenging, but I think you'll find the rewards far outweigh the challenges. It's always been my favorite age!

I agree with Sharyn, its not like your leaving your job just going to another room where the benifits outweight the diss.... Besides there is not much difference between 2-3 yr old. If you enjoy the ladies there more and there is an opening take it!!
RUN RUN Run like the wind!!! Maybe your co-worker wont catch up and ask you why you dont want to work with her....
And one more thing "What are you thinking! You want to sew your own dress? Now Now you dont want to get married in anything that might of had some bad words said over it! Just let Marijane make it or buy one!! Much less stressful."
